Filing a Trademark / Service Mark
- Full identity, nationality and complete address of the applicant.
- Clear print of the mark (max 10 × 10 cm).
- List of goods and/or services (classes) covered by the application (Recommended in French language to avoid any inappropriate translation).
- If priority is claimed, a certified copy of the prior application. The priority document can be forwarded at least within 3 months from filing date.
- A simply signed Power of Attorney (without legalisation).
Renewal of a Trademark / Service Mark
- Trademark registration number, date and the list of goods and/or services. A copy of the Registration Certificate with any recorded changes will also be helpful.
- A simply signed Power of Attorney (without legalisation).
Recordal of an Assignment
- A Deed of Assignment duly executed (signature and company’s seal/stamp) by the assignor and assignee together along with French translation.
- A simply signed Power of Attorney (without legalization).
Recordal of a Merger
- An official Certificate proving the merger or an extract from the Commercial Register along with French translation.
- A simply signed Power of Attorney with the new address (without legalisation).
Recordal of a License
- A License agreement duly executed (signature and company’s seal/stamp) by both parties together along with French translation.
- A simply signed Power of Attorney (without legalization).
Recordal of Change of Name
- An official Certificate proving the change of name or an extract from the Commercial Register along with French translation.
- A simply signed Power of Attorney (without legalization).
Recordal of Change of Address
A simply signed Power of Attorney with the new address (without legalization).
